TACT allows your front desk staff to submit employee reported issues or guest incidents from a simple touch screen interface. Easily added to PMWorks, TACT is an incredibly powerful way to track what is bothering your guests without encumbering your front desk staff.

This very simple tool even allows the front desk agent to log an issue and dispatch it to the appropriate person's wireless device to improve guest response. With TACT, even select service hotels can be high-touch.

Getting started.

Four Easy Steps to Get PMWorks Working For Your Hotels

Step 1 Enroll the property - fax or email a signed agreement.

Step 2 Complete the web data collection wizard. You will be asked about what equipment you have and how you do preventive maintenance on your guest rooms.

Step 3 (Optional) Properties that are affiliated to a management company may have someone from their region or corporate approve the equipment inventory list before the PM calendar is created

Step 4 The following Monday your PM calendar is created and you are receiving orders.

PMWorks Working For You

Once enrolled and receiving orders, you can complete your orders on the web or using touch tones at our toll free number.

Every week you'll receive new orders and included in your list will be orders pending from previous weeks so nothing falls through the cracks.

At the corporate office, you'll receive an email showing what properties are keeping up and which are falling behind.

Give Guests a High Touch Experience With TACT

Once enrolled with PMWorks, adding TACT is as easy as calling us for a subscription. Add an optional touch-screen monitor to make reporting easier at any time. Additionally, you can subscribe to wireless services offered by NEXTEL™ and USA Mobility™ to get service requests and incidents in the hands of the right people automatically.
