Telephone interface

With HotSOS, users can dial into a telephone interface that prompts them in their language to report faults or update the status of service orders. This is made available in one of two ways, either with a box onsite* or by providing the customer a unique toll free number.

If onsite, you will need to provide up to 4 lines in a hunt group and a connection to the Internet for the interface appliance.
