Luis C. Segredo
President/CEO
Luis has been serving the hotel industry through MTech since 1993. Starting with the introduction of some of the first Windows apps to hotels, Luis has experienced the challenges of technology migrations over these years. Most recently, he has navigated MTech through the transition from licensed seat model to managed hosting model. With over 13 years of experience in offering technology at the property and corporate levels of the hotel industry, Luis has come to know what works how and why.

Alberto Santana
Vice President of Global Sales
Alberto Santana is the Vice President of Global Sales for MTech. Joining the MTech team is 2000, he closely manages all business relationships with customers and prospects alike. A firm believer in personal communication, he oversees all global sales activities and business development for MTech's family of products. An avid sports fan, he attended Florida International University where he studied International Relations.

Orlando Acosta
Vice President of Operations
Orlando Acosta earned his Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences from Boston College in 1996 where he majored in Media Communications and minored in English.
Orlando Acosta began his career at MTech in 1997 and as one of MTech's most tenured team members, has had extensive field exposure installing their award winning software products around the globe, as well as serving as Project Manager, Documentation Specialist and Data Analyst.
As the Director of Operations, Mr. Acosta is heavily involved in Pre-sales Technology Consultations, Project Management, Product Implementation, and manages a team of thirteen Hospitality Professionals stationed all over the US and Canada. He sits on MTech's Development Innovation Team, where he serves as the liaison between the industry and MTech Development.

Eduardo Fernandez
Director of Information Technology
Eduardo Fernandez serves as the Information Technology Director for MTech. Being the youngest in the group, he has been working in the computer and telecom field for over 10 years. During this time, he has held a number of leadership positions working as production manager, information systems manager and now director. Mr. Fernandez holds several industry recognized certifications such as CCNA, MCP and VCP. He brings his depth of experience, technical skills, and management capabilities to his current position where he supports the design, administration and management operations of the HotSOS infrastructure that scales the globe. |

William Anllo
VP Systems Analysis, Director of Development
William Anllo has been a career computer professional since joining IBM in 1974 after earning his BSEE degree. He subsequently earned his state PE certification and an MBA degree before opening the first of 7 successful computer stores in the south Florida area. William continued to broaden his technical and business backgrounds in both entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 companies by occupying positions with Seabreeze Realty Company and with Hilton Hotels Corporation. For the past 15 years he has been a principal at MTech in the role of Development Director and currently as VP Systems Analysis.
