Here again, it was innovative in our marketplace. We have released PMWorks, HotSOS, QIC, and REX as SaaS solutions
On November 1, 2011, MTech was acquired by Newmarket International. This will provide a great opportunity for MTech to grow by leveraging Newmarket International's industry leadership and presence and through expansion of MTech's products, services, and markets served. MTech and Newmarket International serve the same core hospitality markets; therefore, the partnership with Newmarket International is ideal to provide new, innovative solutions to MTech customers worldwide.
We continue to serve and support the over 2000 customers in over 40 countries using our solutions. Included are most large Las Vegas hotels and many of the world's finest hotel brands including Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Jumeirah, Intercontinental, Sofitel and many more.
